Pablo Plummer, a true
Rastafarian who is widely travelled believes that who you
are is directly related to what you eat and therefore he
prepares foods that liberate the mind and spirit and promote
wellness. Through a communicative and interactive style with
his patrons, Rasta Café is also an information centre where
all can come and reason together towards enlightenment in
the discovery of ones identity. Books on the Rastafarian
philosophy and other literature are available for reading.
If that's not your fancy there is a speakers corner with a
microphone on a single speaker stage where you can do open
floor poetry or share on any life experience that besets
you. |

and instruction. A full time PADI scuba instructor is
